MIRACLE LEAGUE FALL SEASON BEGINS
SEPTEMBER 9, 2015
Mandatory registration days for players & volunteers will be held Wednesday, August 26, 6 pm or Saturday, August 29, 10 am at the Miracle League field.
The fall season for Miracle League baseball and non-competitive tee ball will begin on September 9. Registration for new and returning players begins August 1 through August 29. All fees must be paid by September 3, 2015. New players registration fee plus uniform $45 and returning players registration fee $25. Contact the Miracle League office with any questions 779-4770.
Registration can be done on line through our web site www.miracleleagueofelpaso.org. Payments can be made on line as well as through our web site. If you register on line, please come to the parent’s meeting to sign your registration form. All forms must be properly filled out and signed before a player can take the field.
Remember we always need volunteers to assist some players during the games. Our schedule will be Wednesday and Thursday night games beginning September 9, two games per night, 6 pm and 7:15 pm and Saturday mornings 830 am and 9 30 am games.
We will play 8 weeks with Trunk or Treat on October 31 as well as our fundraiser to be held that day as well. Awards will be Wednesday, November 3 at 6:30 pm for all ages.
Our fundraiser for this fall season is a dog show to be held here at the back grassy area. I have attached a flyer that we will be passing out. We have entry forms for the dogs and sponsorship and vendor booth information. Let me know how you all want to help.
Coaches and team moms
Please contact all those that are interested and may not have access to this notice and let them know about the mandatory meetings on either Wednesday or Saturday.
Coaches need to know if you are returning so if something has come up to prevent you from coaching we can locate other volunteers.
