Volunteers Needed

We need volunteers to help with the Monster Truck Show on Saturday, March 2 and Sunday March 3.  volunteers must be 21 years or older (we will be selling beer in the stands)  We will man our old stands C & D upstairs under the press box.  On Saturday, I have been informed we need to arrive no later than 1:30 pm and will be finished before 9 pm. On Sunday (it is an afternoon show) which means we will have to be there by 9 am and should be done by 5 pm.  Since we are upstairs we will be able to watch the show both days.  Saturday there is a pit party at 3 pm.  with the show beginning I believe around 5 pm.  Sunday they will begin the show at 12 noon and finish early.

Remember I must turn in names of volunteers by next Wednesday February 27.  We need to dress with jeans, any baseball cap, and I think I have enough volunteer tshirts, just need sizes from all those who volunteer. This is a great fundraiser for us and constitutes an entire year of volunteering for the Miracle League.

If you can help please contact me.  Once you give me your name, you are committed, there are no backing out of this since I only place just enough volunteers to man the booths.  Stand C we need 6 volunteers and Stand D we need 8 volunteers.  Please be sure I have your names so we can check in at the regular location for wristbands no later than the times posted.  Last year we had a great group of folks and we had a great time.
